The official online store is operated by Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd., the authorized online retail partner for OLD SCHOOL BRAND (PTY) LTD in India.

 

1.     Shipping Coverage
Products sold on this Website are shipped within India only through authorized third-party logistics and courier partners.

Deliveries are available to most serviceable pin codes across India. Availability of delivery services may vary based on location and courier reach.

2.     Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 Hours of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page or during checkout.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, customers will receive shipment and tracking details via email and/or SMS.

3.     Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 3-5 working days
  • Non-metro cities: 5-10 working days

4.     Delivery Attempts

  • Deliveries are typically made Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 - 17:00, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.
  • Neither OLD SCHOOL BRAND (PTY) LTD nor Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. are responsible for deliveries accepted or signed for by someone other than the intended recipient at the provided delivery address.

5.     Address Accuracy

5.1.  Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

5.2.  Delays or delivery failures caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details are not the responsibility of OLD SCHOOL BRAND (PTY) LTD or Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd.

5.3.  In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply, where applicable.

6.     Partial Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in partial shipments depending on product availability. Customers will be notified accordingly.

7.     Shipping Charges

7.1.  Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

7.2.  Any promotional free-shipping offers will be shown on the Website and applied automatically where eligible.
