What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a seamless and secure checkout experience. Payments can be made via credit cards, debit cards, net banking and UPI.

Will I receive confirmation after placing an order?

Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours after payment confirmation.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
Which courier partners do you use?
We partner with trusted logistics providers, with BlueDart as our primary partner.
What if my order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it?

Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Can Old School cancel an order?
Yes, in rare cases such as stock unavailability or operational issues. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
What if an item becomes unavailable?
You will be informed via call and email, with options to refund, exchange, or wait.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns or size exchanges can be requested within 3 working days of delivery. View our return policy here.
How do I initiate a return?
Email oldschool@ndslindia.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process.
What is required to submit a return or exchange?
Images and an unboxing video are required. Items must be unused with tags intact.
What happens after approval?
Reverse pickup is arranged, followed by inspection and processing within 8–15 working days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, only size exchanges are allowed. One exchange per order.
What if I receive a defective item?
You may choose a replacement or refund, subject to policy conditions.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after inspection approval.
How are refunds processed?
Online payments are refunded to the original method; COD refunds are via bank transfer.
Will I get confirmation?
Yes, our support team will notify you once processed.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
