Payment, Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy
1. Payments
We accept payments through authorized third-party payment gateways via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. NDSPL does not store any payment instrument details.
An order confirmation email/SMS is sent once the order is successfully placed and payment authorization is received.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and are typically dispatched within 24 working hours from the date of order.
Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location. These timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistical or external factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We shall not be liable for delays resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only prior to dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or size exchange within 3 working days from the date of delivery. To initiate a request, customers must contact our customer service team at oldschool@ndslindia.com or +91 8655715427.
The customer may be asked to share images of the received product to verify that it is unused, undamaged, and that all original tags are intact. An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims (including damage, incorrect item, defect, or other issues). Claims submitted without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.
Upon approval of the images, we shall arrange a reverse pickup of the product. Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a physical quality check (QC). Upon successful inspection, the refund or replacement will be processed as per the customer’s initial request. The entire process may take 8 to 15 working days.
If the product fails inspection, the same product will be re-shipped to the customer.
Reverse pickup will be arranged by the brand in serviceable locations. In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product as per instructions provided by our support team.
The brand allows size exchanges only. To request a replacement, the customer must clearly share the desired new size with the customer service team via email. If the requested size is not available in stock, the order amount will be refunded. Only one exchange is permitted. If the size issue persists after one exchange, the value will be refunded subject to QC approval.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product successfully passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
- Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
The actual credit timeline depends on the respective bank or payment provider.
6. Out-of-Stock Situations
If an item becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, customers may choose to:
- Wait for restocking
- Exchange for another available product of the same monetary value
- Receive a full refund
